Hidden in Alta Badia, Mi Chalet is a private mountain retreat created entirely for two.
Surrounded by the spectacular peaks of the Dolomites, it is a place to disappear together for a few days — waking slowly to mountain views, spending the day exploring the slopes and returning to the privacy of your own chalet as evening falls.
THE CHALET
Created as a luxury retreat for two, Mi Chalet is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Alpine home, designed with privacy, romance and the surrounding Dolomites at its heart.
The dramatic living space features four-metre-high ceilings and panoramic windows framing views of Lavarella and Santa Croce. Natural materials and warm Alpine interiors create an intimate atmosphere, centred around a suspended fireplace made for long evenings together.
An open kitchen completes the space, perfect for slow breakfasts, intimate dinners and evenings spent entirely at home.
THE BEDROOM
Designed with two in mind, the chalet's king-size bedroom is warm, quiet and wonderfully private, with its own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
A deep-soaking bathtub makes evenings deliberately unhurried — the perfect place to retreat after a day spent together in the mountains.
WELLNESS & OUTDOOR LIVING
After a day in the mountains, retreat to the chalet's private infrared sauna or step outside for a long soak in the hot tub beneath the Dolomite sky.
The private garden comes into its own during the warmer months, with space for outdoor dining and a barbecue surrounded by mountain views.
Sharing the grounds are Coco and Chanel, the resident alpacas — an unexpected and rather charming part of life at Little Chalet.
THE DOLOMITES EXPERIENCE
Winter
Alta Badia is part of the Dolomiti Superski area, opening up an extraordinary network of slopes across the Dolomites.
A private winter shuttle takes guests from the chalet to the slopes in approximately five minutes, while private ski guides and heliskiing can be arranged for those wishing to explore further.
Summer
As the snow melts, the mountains become a playground for hiking, cycling and riding.
More than 400 kilometres of marked trails cross Alta Badia, with mountain biking, horse riding and paragliding offering alternative ways to discover the landscape.

Little Chalet is located in La Villa, Alta Badia, surrounded by the UNESCO-listed peaks of the Dolomites.
The village sits at the heart of one of South Tyrol's most beautiful mountain regions, with easy access to the surrounding villages, ski areas, mountain trails and traditional rifugi for which Alta Badia is known.
Despite its secluded setting, the chalet remains only five minutes from the ski slopes during winter.
