Perched directly above Porthmeor Beach, The Beach House is a modern coastal home made for escaping to the sea. Wake to sweeping ocean views, wander down to the beach for an early swim or surf, then come home sandy and hungry for a long lunch overlooking the water. Days here require very little planning.

The beach is below you, St Ives is around you and sunset is best watched with a drink in hand.

THE LIVING SPACES

The heart of The Beach House is its generous open plan living space, where high ceilings and large windows put the Atlantic firmly centre stage.

A spacious reception room with fireplace provides plenty of room to gather after a day outside, while the dining area and kitchen make staying home for the evening particularly tempting.

Bright, open and filled with natural light, the interiors are contemporary without competing with what is happening beyond the windows.

THE BEDROOMS

The house has three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, comfortably accommodating six guests.

Sea views follow you upstairs, with light filled bedrooms designed as calm places to retreat after a day on the beach.

The attic bedroom is particularly special, opening onto its own private terrace overlooking the ocean, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or one last look at the sea before bed.

Travelling with the whole gang? The Beach House doesn't have to stop at six.

Three additional ISAYA properties sit in the neighbouring building, including two with two bedrooms and one with a single bedroom. Combined with The Beach House, they create eight bedrooms for up to 16 guests.

Start the morning in the water, spend the afternoon wandering through St Ives and its galleries, then find somewhere good for dinner before walking home along the coast.

Or don't arrange anything at all. The beach is right there.
