Arrive at Relais della Rosa and settle into the house, taking in the views across the Monferrato hills from the garden. Spend the afternoon exploring the countryside by electric bicycle or simply stay close to home with a glass of Vermouth Parigi, the region’s distinctive white vermouth.

For dinner, choose between the relaxed, traditional cooking of Trattoria Tre Colli or a more refined evening at Cantina Nicola.

Begin with an optional breakfast in the conservatory before departing for Canelli, renowned for its sparkling wines and subterranean cellars known as the Underground Cathedrals. Tour the historic Bosca cellars with an optional tasting, followed by lunch at Relais Santo Stefano or the more traditional Ristorante Da Bardon.

In the afternoon, continue towards Alba along the winding roads of the Langhe. Stop at the vividly painted Cappella delle Brunate or visit the renowned Ceretto winery, before dinner at the lively Campamac or Michelin-starred La Ciau del Tornavento

After an optional breakfast in the conservatory, meet at Tenuta Pavesio 1843 and travel by vintage Defender into the family’s private woodland. Join a local trifulau and their dogs in search of Piemonte’s white truffles, learning the traditions and techniques passed down through generations.

Return to the estate to explore its historic vineyards and apiary before a truffle-led lunch at the family winery, paired with its own wines. Spend the afternoon wandering through the hilltop village of Cocconato, followed by dinner closer to home at Cascina Rosengana or Osteria Aleramo.

Begin with an optional breakfast in the conservatory, followed by a final morning at your own pace. Cycle to the Romanesque Church of Santi Nazario e Celso or remain at the house, enjoying the gardens and views across Monferrato’s vineyard-covered hills.

After checking out at 2 PM, continue to Relais Sant’Uffizio for lunch and an optional afternoon at Aquanatura Spa before departing for the airport.
