• Boat day on the North Coast :

  The magnificent vertical cliffs that drop into deep blue waters are spectacular. Cruising along the North Coast is one of the highlights of experiencing Mallorca. Boat rentals can be arranged out of the Port of Sóller, a mere 30 minutes from the house.

• Hikes with a guide:

  A dream destination for walking & hiking. The Tramuntana Mountains are woven with ancient paths once used by donkeys, now forming an extensive network of trails connecting coastal towns and mountain refugios.

• Horse riding and Polo:

  Mallorca is full of polo Clubs who will be delighted to receive you for some casual chukkers or maybe a more casual hack in land or on the beach.

• Seaside Restaurants:

  Sa Foradada, Es Port de Valldemossa, Ca’as Patro March, Cap Rocat Hotel seaside restaurant, Restaurante Flanigan in Puerto Portals, Sa Roqueta, to name a few. 

• Charming towns:

  In the Tramuntana mountains, explore the charming historical towns of Valldemossa, Deià, Sóller, Banyalbufar, and Puigpunyent. The beautiful “Casco Viejo” (old town) and boardwalk of Palma are a 30-min drive from the house, as is the bustling port of Portals with shopping and dining options.

Esporles is a scenic mountain village at the base of the Sierra de Tramuntana. With its charming stone houses and winding alleyways, it embodies authentic Majorcan character. The standout attraction is Sa Granja, a historic estate and museum showcasing the island’s Roman and feudal heritage.

Split into Old Town (Vilavella) and New Town (Vilanova), Esporles remains a hidden gem, popular among locals and nature enthusiasts. It’s a hub for outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, canoeing, and climbing. The village also hosts lively events, including the well-known pastry festival in October. Its tranquil atmosphere and prime location have made it a sought-after spot for international residents.

Shorter stays may be possible upon request

Peak Season: €60,000 gross per week (July & August)

Lower Season: €50,000 gross per week (All other months)

Includes: 4 staff members: 

• 2 on-property caretakers

• 2 staff for serving, laundry, butler service, housekeeping, and kitchen support
